Campground: Mt Desert Narrows

Campground Comments: There were open area or individual sites for tenting, Chris and I chose individual for the picnic table and fire ring. The bath houses were very clean with inclosed shower rooms separate from the bathrooms.

Vacation Comments: Chris and I went to Acadia almost everyday and still didn’t get to do everything. We hiked up a few trails (The Bowl and Champlain, Ocean Drive Trail, Shore Path, and Wonderland), drove down to the Bass Harbor Lighthouse, experienced Thunder Hole, drove to the top of Cadillac Mountain and watched the sun set over the mountains. We didn’t have our bikes for the carriage trails, but we will next time. The town of Bar Harbor was beautiful with all of the ships at sea and cute little shops (if you ever go - check out the store “Cool as a Moose!”).

Special Attractions: Acadia National Park, Whale Watches, Sailing Cruises, Blue Nose to Nova Scotia
