Happy 1st Birthday Sophia!

Today Aiden attended his first birthday party. His friend, Sophia, turned one today and she had a wonderful party. Most of her friends from Bright Beginnings showed, Matthew, Skylar, Aiden and Colin, with their parents her German firends, Fin and Anna, with their parents and her Music Time firend, Noah and his parents. Everyone brought something different to eat and all the kids played together nicely. None of the kids fussed or cried (unless there was a reason), which made the day fly by. Sophia received some really cool presents and will have a ball playing with them.

We had such a great time at the party that we came home and crashed for the rest of the day. Aiden wasn’t as keen on the crashing part, but he did take a nap which gave us some time to relax. What a perfect way to start the weekend.
