The Final Frontier

After waiting and waiting for so long, it is finally here. I can’t believe it took this long, but I’m so glad to be in the home stretch. Aiden’s last baby tooth has broken through!

I was wondering why his mood had taken a turn for the worst. I was just attributing it to the traditional “terrible twos”. I had given up on the tooth ever rearing its pearly white since it has been so long since the other 3 molars surfaced. Now I can understand why he has not eaten well over the last week and been so darn clingy. It will take a little while before the whole tooth emerges, but at least I have an explanation for his behavior.

My only thought now is looking at what’s ahead. What else is related to the “terrible twos”? I shudder to think.
